Hetheringtons Pty Ltd has adopted a set of principles that guide us as to the commitment to privacy for our clients.

Our firm collects information that is considered pertinent to the full completion of our professional services.

This is necessary to comply with all legal requirements of a professional firm.

The nature of the information will vary from client to client and the work perfomed and completed by our staff. We will not hold information that is considered to be irrelevant to each file.

Information held regarding any client will only be accessed by the staff (or relief staff) relevant to each file.

You will be able to view this information upon request, or if you have provided a written request, we will provide only that information specific to that letter.

We will not provide any information to any other person, or party, without appropriate authority, or legal written request.

Web Site

When emails are received or sent to clients, we will by definition have those addresses on our files. These addresses do not contain any private information for acces by others. Our staff are required to sign a confidentiality clause as part of their employment for the protection of all client details.

This site is used for professional purposes only and use or access of the site by children should only be under the supervision of an adult.

Protection

We are able to use the latest in security for the protection of this site. We endeavour to use the latest in appropriate protection devices to guard against inappropriate access by others that are determined to beat that protection.
